• 50g cold water
  • 2 tsp gelatine, organic if possible
  • 300g water, filtered
  • 30g honey
  • 2 tsps lemon juice
  • 250g strawberries, washed and hulled
  • 50g raspberries
  • 100g sheep/goat yoghurt, unsweetened
  • 3-4 strawberries for garnish, washed, hulled and sliced

Method: 

  1. Soak gelatine in 50g cold water while you prepare everything else.
  2. Place water in TM bowl and heat 2 mins/80C/speed 1.
  3. Add gelatine and honey and stir 15 secs/speed 1 to dissolve both.
  4. Add lemon juice and berries and whiz for 1 min/speed 8.
  5. Pour mixture through a nut bag to remove any seeds then pour jelly into a bowl/ individual bowls to set.
  6. When completely cold and set, top with a layer of plain yoghurt and fresh berries.
