• 1 small cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 8-10 fresh mint leaves
  • 1 cup of fresh strawberries, washed, hulled and sliced
  • 1 lemon, thinly sliced
  • 1 lime, thinly sliced
  • 1 litre of filtered water or sparkling water

Method:

  1. Put everything in to a large jug, and place it in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or overnight to allow the flavours to infuse.
  2. When ready to serve, you can add ice cubes if desired for an extra chill. Pour the infused water into glasses, making sure to include some cucumber, mint, strawberries and lemon/lime slices in each glass.
