- 250g sour cream or Crème Fraiche
- 2-3 tsps dukkah
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- Himalayan sea salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Stir all ingredients together and add more vinegar if a sharper taste is desired.
- Top with a little extra dukkah.
- Serve with grain-free crackers and/or celery sticks.
