• 250g sour cream or Crème Fraiche
  • 2-3 tsps dukkah
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • Himalayan sea salt and pepper to taste

Method

  1. Stir all ingredients together and add more vinegar if a sharper taste is desired.
  2. Top with a little extra dukkah.
  3. Serve with grain-free crackers and/or celery sticks.
