• 1 punnet coloured cherry tomatoes (approx. 800g)
  • 1 punnet mini cucumbers
  • 4 small radishes
  • 100g hard sheep cheese
  • Himalayan sea salt and freshly cracked black pepper

Method

  1. Slice vegetables evenly and season to taste.
  2. Slice the sheep cheese and use a small biscuit cutter to cut into rounds the same size as vegetables.
  3. Stack slices of cheese and vegetables together to resemble multi-coloured tomatoes and secure each one with a toothpick.
