- 1 green apple, halved
- 2 Tuscan kale stalks, leaves only
- few sprigs mint, leaves only
- 2 sprigs parsley, leaves only
- 1 tbsp organic apple cider vinegar
- 250g – 500g filtered water (depending on how thick you like your smoothie)
- 6 ice cubes
Method:
- Put all ingredients into TM bowl and blend 3 mins/speed 10.
Tips:

- The ice helps the fibre to be broken down and keeps the smoothie from heating which would destroy heat-sensitive enzymes.
- The 3 minute blending time is necessary to break down the fibrous walls of the green leaves so our bodies can utilise the nutrients inside.
- It’s a good idea to set the timer and go into another room while the smoothie is blending.
- Remember to mix up your greens to avoid a build up of one kind in your system.
