About Fiona Hoskin: Fiona’s long-running Restaurant, in Launceston, Tasmania, Fee and Me, won many awards over a 20 year period and was named ‘American Express, Best Restaurant in Australia’ in 2000.

Fiona’s cooking experience is wide and varied. As well as her restaurant experience, Fiona taught vegetarian cooking to Tafe students for many years; is an expert on the endless possibilities of creations in the Thermomix and was one of the pioneers when it came to Australia in 2001. Fiona has created Thermomix cooking class formats and menus, which she delivers all around Australia, the United Kingdom, South Africa and New Zealand along with being the author of an award-winning cookbook that raised $260,000.00 to help save the Tasmanian Devils from extinction.

More recently, Fiona encountered some health challenges and developed IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome) symptoms directly related to the consumption of many inflammatory foods. She hit rock bottom when a 15kg weight gain caused chronic fatigue, bloating and reflux issues and Fiona had to start reassessing her views on cooking and eating in general. Her classes reflect her new way of eating and her renewed energy and zest for life. She loves sharing the skills and knowledge she has gained over the last 40 years – especially when she knows it is helping others with similar challenges. Fiona’s expertise will have you creating tasty, gut-friendly food with ease so why not contact her NOW to see if a class in your town is possible.
