Hi! My name is Fiona Hoskin – I owned and operated ‘Fee and Me Restaurant’ in Launceston for 20 years and have owned and used a Thermomix since 2001 so have amassed years of experience in both Thermomix cooking and cooking in general.

All the recipes are Gluten-Free, Refined Sugar-Free, Nut-Free and mostly Dairy-Free but definitely NOT flavour-free!!! All dishes demonstrated are cooked in my Thermomix as I really don’t cook much without it anymore as Thermomix cooking is so quick and easy, super nutritious and extra tasty – with far less washing-up!
