- 600g water, filtered
- 200g sweet potato, peeled and roughly chopped
- 150g pumpkin, peeled and roughly chopped
- 100g carrot, peeled and roughly chopped
- 2 sticks celery, roughly chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, peeled
- 1 onion, peeled and quartered
- 1 large tsp vegetable stock paste
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 2 tsp apple cider vinegar
- 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
- extra Himalayan sea salt and pepper to season if need be
Method:
1. Place all ingredients in TM bowl and cook 30 mins/100C/speed 2.
2. Turn speed up slowly to speed 9 and blend for 40 secs/speed 9 or until smooth.
3. Adjust seasoning if necessary and add more water if too thick for your liking.
4. Serve hot drizzled with coconut yoghurt, fresh herbs and extra paprika.
