• 600g water, filtered
  • 200g sweet potato, peeled and roughly chopped
  • 150g pumpkin, peeled and roughly chopped
  • 100g carrot, peeled and roughly chopped
  • 2 sticks celery, roughly chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, peeled
  • 1 onion, peeled and quartered
  • 1 large tsp vegetable stock paste
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 2 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • extra Himalayan sea salt and pepper to season if need be

Method:

1. Place all ingredients in TM bowl and cook 30 mins/100C/speed 2.

2. Turn speed up slowly to speed 9 and blend for 40 secs/speed 9 or until smooth.

3. Adjust seasoning if necessary and add more water if too thick for your liking.

4. Serve hot drizzled with coconut yoghurt, fresh herbs and extra paprika.
