- 60gr butter, salted
- 20-30gr pure maple syrup
- 1 tbsp cacao
- 70gr shredded coconut
- 40gr nut meal
- 1 tsp psyllium husks
- 1/4 tsp bicarb soda
Method:
- Preheat oven to 160C and prepare a large baking tray.
- Place butter, maple syrup and cacao into TM bowl and heat 3 mins/50C/speed 1 or until butter is melted.
- Add remaining ingredients and mix for 30 secs/speed 3.
- Place teaspoonfuls of mixture onto the prepared baking tray so that you have 24-25 little mounds.
- Bake for 20 mins and allow to cool on the tray before storing in an airtight container and enjoying one or two as a special treat occasionally.
