• 60gr butter, salted
  • 20-30gr pure maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp cacao
  • 70gr shredded coconut
  • 40gr nut meal
  • 1 tsp psyllium husks
  • 1/4 tsp bicarb soda


  1. Preheat oven to 160C and prepare a large baking tray.
  2. Place butter, maple syrup and cacao into TM bowl and heat 3 mins/50C/speed 1 or until butter is melted.
  3. Add remaining ingredients and mix for 30 secs/speed 3.
  4. Place teaspoonfuls of mixture onto the prepared baking tray so that you have 24-25 little mounds.
  5. Bake for 20 mins and allow to cool on the tray before storing in an airtight container and enjoying one or two as a special treat occasionally.
