• 200g activated sunflower seeds
  • 100g sesame seeds
  • 50g honey
  • 30g cacao
  • pinch salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 6 drops orange oil
  • 150g raw beetroot, peeled
  • extra sesame seeds or desiccated coconut to roll balls in


  1. Place seeds in TM bowl and grind for 5 secs/speed 10.
  2. Add remaining ingredients and mix for 20 secs/speed 8.
  3. Scrape down sides of the bowl and mix again until mixture is smooth.
  4. Roll mixture into balls then roll in extra sesame seeds or desiccated coconut. Store in the fridge for up to 6 days. Freeze balls if you want them to last longer.
