- 200g activated sunflower seeds
- 100g sesame seeds
- 50g honey
- 30g cacao
- pinch salt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 6 drops orange oil
- 150g raw beetroot, peeled
- extra sesame seeds or desiccated coconut to roll balls in
Method:
- Place seeds in TM bowl and grind for 5 secs/speed 10.
- Add remaining ingredients and mix for 20 secs/speed 8.
- Scrape down sides of the bowl and mix again until mixture is smooth.
- Roll mixture into balls then roll in extra sesame seeds or desiccated coconut. Store in the fridge for up to 6 days. Freeze balls if you want them to last longer.
