• 400g parsnips, peeled and roughly chopped
  • 1 large granny smith apple, peeled, cored and quartered
  • 1 tbsp mixed fresh herbs
  • 1 tbsp vegetable stock paste
  • freshly ground black pepper
  • 700g filtered water
  • 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • extra herb leaves to garnish when serving

Method:

  1. Place parsnips, apple, herbs, stock paste, pepper and water into TM bowl and cook for 30 mins/100C/speed 2.
  2. Add nutritional yeast and blend 1 min/speed 9, or until smooth.
  3. Adjust seasoning if necessary.
  4. Garnish with extra fresh herbs.
