- 400g parsnips, peeled and roughly chopped
- 1 large granny smith apple, peeled, cored and quartered
- 1 tbsp mixed fresh herbs
- 1 tbsp vegetable stock paste
- freshly ground black pepper
- 700g filtered water
- 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
- extra herb leaves to garnish when serving
Method:
- Place parsnips, apple, herbs, stock paste, pepper and water into TM bowl and cook for 30 mins/100C/speed 2.
- Add nutritional yeast and blend 1 min/speed 9, or until smooth.
- Adjust seasoning if necessary.
- Garnish with extra fresh herbs.
