- 1 cm piece of ginger, peeled
- 1 cm piece of turmeric, peeled
- 20g Medjool dates, pitted
- 125g apple, roughly chopped
- 40g unhulled millet
- 1 good pinch of Himalayan sea salt
- 250g filtered water
Method:
- Place ginger, turmeric and dates in TM bowl and chop 30 secs/speed 8.
- Add apple and chop 3 secs/speed 5.
- Scrape down the sides of the bowl, put the butterfly into position and add millet, salt and water and cook 20 mins/100C/speed 2.
- Serve as you would serve normal porridge and enjoy the many health benefits of stewed apple, millet, ginger and turmeric.
