• 70g water (optional – I find 100% coconut milk too rich so I add a little water but use all coconut milk if you like)
  • 130g coconut milk
  • 1 tsp Matcha powder
  • ½ tsp Maca powder
  • ½ tsp Lucuma or Baobab powder (health food stores sell these. They are dried plant-based powders packed with goodness)
  • 1 drop peppermint oil
  • just enough of your favourite sweetener to make the drink palatable (optional … you can just shoot it down the hatch as is!)

Method:

  1. Place all ingredients into TM bowl and heat for 3 mins/60C/speed 1.
  2. Froth for 20 secs/speed 6.
  3. Drink while warm.
