- 70g water (optional – I find 100% coconut milk too rich so I add a little water but use all coconut milk if you like)
- 130g coconut milk
- 1 tsp Matcha powder
- ½ tsp Maca powder
- ½ tsp Lucuma or Baobab powder (health food stores sell these. They are dried plant-based powders packed with goodness)
- 1 drop peppermint oil
- just enough of your favourite sweetener to make the drink palatable (optional … you can just shoot it down the hatch as is!)
Method:
- Place all ingredients into TM bowl and heat for 3 mins/60C/speed 1.
- Froth for 20 secs/speed 6.
- Drink while warm.
