• 5g fresh ginger (or to taste)
  • 1 small apple, roughly chopped
  • 40g organic, activated nuts
  • ½ tsp cinnamon, ground
  • 120g filtered water/almond milk
  • 1 tsp sweetener of your choice (optional)
  • good pinch Himalayan sea salt
  • 2 tbsp white chia seeds

Method:

  1. Place ginger in TM bowl and chop for 2 secs/speed 8.
  2. Add apple and nuts and chop 2 secs/speed 6.
  3. Add remaining ingredients and cook for 15 mins/70C/speed 1.
  4. Whiz for 2 secs/speed 7.
  5. Serve with your favourite toppings: almond milk and pure maple syrup.
