- 5g fresh ginger (or to taste)
- 1 small apple, roughly chopped
- 40g organic, activated nuts
- ½ tsp cinnamon, ground
- 120g filtered water/almond milk
- 1 tsp sweetener of your choice (optional)
- good pinch Himalayan sea salt
- 2 tbsp white chia seeds
Method:
- Place ginger in TM bowl and chop for 2 secs/speed 8.
- Add apple and nuts and chop 2 secs/speed 6.
- Add remaining ingredients and cook for 15 mins/70C/speed 1.
- Whiz for 2 secs/speed 7.
- Serve with your favourite toppings: almond milk and pure maple syrup.
