• 50g raw cashews
  • warm water to cover cashews
  • 1 clove garlic, peeled
  • 1 medium brown onion, peeled and quartered
  • 20g olive oil
  • 1 tbsp vegetable stock paste
  • 450g broccoli, roughly chopped
  • 150g zucchini
  • 100g spinach
  • 700g filtered water
  • Himalayan sea salt and pepper to season

GF Soup Recipes

  1. Soak cashews in warm water and begin making the soup.
  2. Place garlic and onion in TM bowl and chop 2 secs/speed 7.
  3. Add oil and cook 10 mins/100C/speed 1.
  4. Drain cashews and add to TM bowl with stock paste, broccoli, zucchini, spinach and water and cook 30 mins/100C/speed 2.
  5. Blend 1 min/speed 9 or until smooth and creamy.
  6. Adjust seasoning to your taste and garnish with fresh herbs.

NB: Add a big handful of fresh spinach for added goodness and a little more green colour.
