- 100g roasted pumpkin
- 1/2 avocado (60gr)
- 250g non-dairy milk or yoghurt
- 75g açai, sugar-free
- 1 pinch Himalayan sea salt
- 15g pure maple syrup (or 25g if you like it sweeter)
- 1 tsp cinnamon, ground
- 1 tbsp cacao powder
Toppings:
- 1 tbsp cacao nibs
- 1 tbsp activated nuts, crushed
- 1 tbsp frozen blueberries
Method:
- Place first 8 ingredients in TM bowl or high powered blender and blend on high speed until smooth. (TM: 30 secs/speed 7, scrape down sides then repeat.)
- Pour into small bowls and place in the fridge to set.
- Top with your favourite toppings when ready to eat.
