• 100g roasted pumpkin
  • 1/2 avocado (60gr)
  • 250g non-dairy milk or yoghurt
  • 75g açai, sugar-free
  • 1 pinch Himalayan sea salt
  • 15g pure maple syrup (or 25g if you like it sweeter)
  • 1 tsp cinnamon, ground
  • 1 tbsp cacao powder

Toppings:

  • 1 tbsp cacao nibs
  • 1 tbsp activated nuts, crushed
  • 1 tbsp frozen blueberries

Method:

  1. Place first 8 ingredients in TM bowl or high powered blender and blend on high speed until smooth. (TM: 30 secs/speed 7, scrape down sides then repeat.)
  2. Pour into small bowls and place in the fridge to set.
  3. Top with your favourite toppings when ready to eat.
